They came back to me when an item I had ordered was not in stock, offered me a range of alternative colours, and delivered it in time for the recipient's birthday. Friendly and efficient service
Good stock selection, but sizing was unclear and the email I sent asking about it went completely unanswered. Is still unanswered, actually!
