Sweat Superstars!
The Team at Sweat are fantastic,very knowledgable and always take time to address questions and concerns.I highly recommend them and with a marathon in a few months I cannot wait to start again!

Great classes in small groups, very efficient training .
Great business have used classes plus sports massage. Staff are knowledgable and friendly and its a great environment to work out. Much better than a soulless gym

Not great.
Although I booked in for 2 or 3 classes I cancelled them at the last minute. No one from Sweat got in touch to see why. There was no invitation to come and have a look round or to ask any questions....
This is the best gym I've ever been to.
The whole team is really dedicated... the instructors make sure they vary the exercises every week and are really attentive to their clients.
