Have been with swan nearly 15 years and their service has been excellent, I have never had any problems. The tenants they have found me have been excellent

I always feel like I can trust them to deal with any issues I have in a timely manner (especially Donna who goes above and beyond and always keeps me in the loop with whatever is going on..!)

We have been with this company for the past 20 years. We live abroad and never had any issues at all. Everyone is very professional and they do their job diligently.

Great friendly service
Great friendly service. Sometimes a little slow to respond to queries but think this may be down to difficulties in contacting the landlord. Otherwise a great and efficient service

Thank you for your positive feedback, its great to hear that you received an efficient service. Some of our Landlords do reside abroad or are out of the country for a period of time and this can occasionally result in a very short time lapse between queries being highlighted and resolved. We always do our upmost to make sure that this does not impact on our tenants in any way.

Slightly slow with communication but did refund my referencing fees, which was great.
