HI, you are really missing the point, you took my order for 5kgs which was £22.49 and sent me 1kg of Foremost and a voucher in with the seed for £2 on my next order. I had to contact you to get a refund on my £22.49 as you had neglected to even email me to say item was not in stock and that you would refund me! The email i had said 1 kg of Foremost had been dispatched and that`s when i contacted you by phone. If i had not contacted you i would have paid £22.49 for 1Kg. You had to look up the order in September and could not see what had gone wrong so how can 5kgs turn into 1 kg? Once you had sent me my refund i had forgotten all about it and then when you send me a feedback request i think what are you doing! i had sorted it out on the phone as stated above. As far as i am concerned the matter is closed.

I can't tell if they have been delivered. Yodel send an email but with no indication of where they are delivering - no help as I order more than one. Yodel also delivered to the wrong address.
