We do use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels as they provide nationwide coverage and reliable tracking; however, we fully appreciate that on occasion deliveries can take longer than expected once items have left our warehouse. The numerous problems I've had with my deliveries from Suttons have been with the royal mail taking up to seven days plus. Most plug plant didn't survive! I ended up having to buy garden ready plants (see my account) to replace them. Yodel/In post delivery in 2 to 3 days. The amount of money I've lost this season, it would have been cheaper buying from my local - expensive garden centre.
