Ok, but don't like using the app, there must be other ways then a complicated app on a phone.

The lift was not working and I had no access whatsoever to my unit. No email to say it had been repaired and no mention of a discount for the lost week.

I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. If I've had a problem they're always ready to help.
