Hi, If you are not receiving our emails, then you should take steps to ensure that we are added to your whitelist, or contact your email provider to ensure they allow our emails to come through. We can only send the emails, ultimately whether or not they are delivered is between you and your email service provider. If you have further issues with your password, then quite simply the incorrect password is being entered. Again this is not something we have control over. If you enter the password set on your account, then you will be able to access it no problem.

Hi, This purpose of this site is to leave a balanced and honest review of our site, and unfortunately this is not one. If you have an issue with a third party advertisers survey site, then we would suggest that you take that up directly with them if they have a support feature avaialble. I'm sure that you appreciate that we have no control over the functionality of their site, and that therefore your comments and star rating here actually bear no relation to the service you receive from us. Might we suggest that when providing a review for our site, the you focus on the service you receive from our site. You should perhaps mention how many surveys you have been able to access and been paid for since you joined a few years ago. How you return on a regular basis and cash out each time having been paid for the surveys succesfully completed. You would perhaps also want to mention how much you have made, or that the majority of those payments have been sent and received to your account in a matter of minutes each time, or that your support tickets receive a reply within 8 hours on most occasions. We have paid out over $2.5 million dollars, over half of those payments were sent instantly, and 95% within 8 hours. We offer new paid survey opportunities on a daily basis, and we provide very fast support. Your experience on the site fits in with that, so it's a shame you've failed to recognise that.
