Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase with us. We're so glad to hear that you;re happy with your new Sunspel items and we hope you will continue to enjoy shopping with us.
In regards to the returns process, sadly we aren't currently able to provide a free returns service, however this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the future.
Product arrived but when put on to wear we noticed a small hole at the back just under the collar.

Hi, thank you for your feedback on your recent order. Firstly we're so sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged, this is something that should be noticed by our packing team so we apologise it wasn't. If a customer ever receives a faulty/damaged article from us then we do kindly ask for a photo of this, so we can take it up with our warehouse. We will then provide you with a prepaid label if you're in the UK to return the item back to us and a replacement or refund can then be arranged for you immediately. I'm sorry if this was not explained correctly over the phone and that you felt you had to return the item via our regular returns process.A member of our team will be in contact with you shortly to resolve this matter promptly.
