Only complaint was that I wasn't contacted automatically by your concierge. We contacted and put in a request for beer to be in our room upon arrival but it didn't happen.

The site was easy to navigate and to find what I needed. Prices are reasonable and everything was setup with a breeze. It was nice that a concierge was provided, even though I didn't need one....

they made everything as easy as can be. They took care of all my requests even though it was very last minute I will definitely be using them again and will refer them to friends
