Poor communication, I was told that I would receive a email informing of when the delivery would take place, but never received such an email and item just turned up on the door step.

The bench was damaged when it arrived. I emailed She Ryder and they arranged collection and refund all within a week. I was disappointed with the bench but impressed with the service from Sue Ryder.
