Achieved a great sale price but let down on contact and admin errors.

Competitive percentage on the sale, good first meeting. Sold just within the agreed contract time of 6 weeks. Poor contact with us during the viewing process. I had to ring the office to tell staff...

Friendly - approachable - dedicated

From the start I found a very friendly warm honest approach from most of the staff. They called to update us on all that was going on, for bookings and also what the buyers thought of our property....

Your office staff were excellent - unfailingly efficient, courteous and helpful. I wasn't buying - I was selling. The conveyancing solicitors were unsatisfactory
