Everyone at Stoake was really professional and outstandingly helpful.
They fitted a wood burning stove and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them

All our stoves are Ecodesign compliant.
An Ecodesign ready stove can burn away as much as 80-90% of the particulates when compared to an open fire or older wood burning stove with an improvement of up to 50% when compared to an older Defra approved stove. We have a stove which emits only 9mg/m3 which is really outstanding!!

Hi and thanks for taking the time to write us a review.

I'm sorry you felt the process was tricky and hope this wasn't caused by any of our actions.

We originally installed your stove and flue system in February 2017. The stove was fully commissioned and fired up. Following the installation you then planned some renovation works and asked us to temporarily remove the stove which we did in September 2017. On completion of your building works we returned to refit your stove in October 2018.

All work was carried out as scheduled and within budget. We believe we have provided our usual high level of service but if you feel we could have done better please let us know.

We hope you're enjoying your stove. The weather should be getting pretty cold towards the end of this week so a good opportunity to put it to work.
