Our team is available Monday to Friday (9am–5:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am–3pm); outside of these times, our automated voicemail handles enquiries. We have attempted to call you back to discuss this personally, as we value your business. Regarding the packaging, we recently transitioned to 100% plastic-free materials. While these robust boxes are essential for our fragile wholesale items, we recognise that they can feel like 'overkill' for a single mini loaf tin. We are currently reviewing more streamlined solutions for smaller orders to ensure our sustainability efforts match the size of the item. We appreciate your honesty, as it truly helps us improve
