It is great to hear you have been shopping with us for 4 years and found a style that worked for you, however we are sorry to hear you found the quality inferior. We definitely do not comprise on quality and have some of the best Italian factories working on some of our shoes. Hopefully this is just a one off. We have looked into this for you and can assure you that the selling price of the shoes you purchased online are not more expensive than in our concession in Selfridges, all our shoes are the same price both online and in all our concessions across the UK, the only difference is that we offer an extra 10% off online if you spend over £100. We are sorry that you were not happy with our courier service, as we very much take pride in it. Not only do they email our customers with an estimated delivery time with an hour window that they stick to, but the option to re-arrange for a day best suited to you at no extra cost. Thank you for comments, we are glad you are happy with the service and the product. However, we are very sorry to hear that the shoes did not arrive in time for your nephews birthday. We strive to deliver items as soon as we can, and in most cases this can be next day delivery for no extra charge, however, in some instances items need to be called in from our external warehouse and therefore add a couple of days on to the expected delivery time. We say 5-7 days as an over estimation, but usually we manage this a lot sooner. For future reference you can call us to check on the location of a specific item and we can estimate whether it will be next day or if not how long. Sincerely, Francesca
