Thanks for your review. I've looked into your order and it was placed on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May and was dispatched the next day via Royal Mail Large Letter service, which has no tracking capabilities, so unfortunately we can't tell how long it took them to deliver it you. We do offer a next day delivery service for urgent items at an additional small cost, otherwise all shipping to mainland UK is free for orders over £30, which is the lowest threshold offered by any fishing retailer.

Thanks for your review and sorry about the lack of despatch and delivery updates. We have just migrated to a new ERP system and the first few weeks have presented several technical challenges related to customer orders and sending out some confirmation emails and tracking details.
