We always aim to offer the best possible service to our customers and it is disappointing to hear that we have not succeeded. You have advised that you feel the interest rates are high, the interest rate on your agreement is based on your situation at the time you apply for your credit. Before you agree to the agreement, we provide a pre contract document for you to read. The document will show the balance financed and the amount of interest you will be paying back if you are to pay for the full term of the loan. We can provide a settlement figure at any time within you agreement and this will include a rebate of interest meaning if you are able to settle early you will not pay the full amount of interest. Due to the current pandemic we have been able to offer payment deferrals on accounts where the customers have been affected by Covid 19. If you have received payment deferrals on your agreement and are unsure of how this has affected your agreement or you are still temporarily effected by Covid 19 then please call our Payment Team on 01244 200793 and they will be happy to discuss any available options with you.
