Good service, a bit unorganized in terms of picking up the boxes and dates and times.

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry to hear you feel the service is unorganised. Due to the nature of our business we try to give as accurate time slots as possible the day before but we cannot do a guaranteed time slot.
The came on time and just when they said. The man who brought the boxes was really kind and very effective. Despite of not being able to perfectly close all the boxes the man didn’t complain about it...

Boxes are very small. Customer service is very good.
The boxes are very very small and 20 minutes waiting is a short time. However, the customer service quality is very good and helpful.

Poor pick up time.
The delivery of the boxes was fine. The pick up was meant to be between 8am-1pm and instead happened at about 5:30pm. Whilst the driver told me why and was absolutely lovely, this whole affair...

Sent in boxes for storage, so far so good. Delivery of empty boxes and collection of filled boxes were smooth and hassle-free.
