I can view we responded to your emails the next working days and within 48 hours. Prior to the booking being made the website advised on the car park summary there is a £7.00 exit fee paid on departure and under more information advised it is essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period, otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees Whilst we are sorry if the details were not viewed the information was available to view on the website prior to the car park being selected and the booking being made.
