Amazing products but..

The products are amazing and arrived really quickly but unfortunately I was charged delivery for both my orders when they were supposed to be free, I emailed skin chemists but they didn't bother...

Incomplete order. / Edited

3 products were missing from the order. I ordered kits and the package I received didn't include everything. I'm very disappointed not to be receiving what I paid for.

I do not see the reason to over charge shipping costs to Puerto Rico since PR is USA mail service. Your products are excellent and the prices are O(.K.

Fantastische klantenservice. Je mail wordt uiterlijk binnen een dag beantwoord, maar meestal binnen een paar uur. Mocht er een fout zijn gemaakt, wordt dit geweldig en snel opgelost.
