Service is excellent and they are versy responsive to any questions I have.
The service skillcast offer is excellent. There support network is very strong and they are very responsive to any questions we have. I would highly recommend them to other companies.

Roll out of the modules is never straightforward with problems encountered with employee accounts and issued incorrectly. Service has improved since introduction of new service manager recently.

Stuart - I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with the service with your previous service manage. We care strongly about the level of service that our clients get, hence we have now provided you with a brand new service manager.
