Still awaiting a refund after 4 months
They are very quick to take your money during a very vulnerable time but when it comes to providing a refund for non required add-ons to the basic package, good luck getting anything out of them.

Updating my review in light of Sally’s investigation and the return of my requested funds along with an acceptable outcome to the investigation she conducted.
I have updated my star rating to better reflect the level of service I received. The team reached out to me in advance of the cremation to check on music, flowers, timings etc. As well as set my expectations for the day itself.
Overall despite some issues unrelated to the actual cremation I would still recommend their service.

Too long for cremation
I thought 6 weeks was too long to cremate when it was no particular time and now its going to be another 6 weeks for ashes

Customer service very poor
Contacting by telephone was appalling.
Waits of 20 plus minutes was the norm and was even hung up on once.

Easy and Respectful Service
Funerals are never nice to think about and organise but I found Simplicity had exactly what I wanted for my Mother and they made it very easy to sort out. The Magnolia scheme gave the best of both...
