Staff good. Funeral directors less so. Still waiting for the ashes to be returned 10 days after cremation.

Simplicity were excellent all through the process - collected Mum innan emergency late at night from the nursing home, right through to the cremation arrangements, and delivering Mum’s ashes to us....
