Simple, respectful service
I had two conversations with them: the first was information-gathering and the second was to proceed to arranging the cremation. It could not have been easier and the staff could not have been more...
Poor organisation and communication. I had to continually phone and ask for information or to get matters resolved. I feel so let down by Simplicity and I feel as though I have let down my family...

Excellent in every way
The lady who dealt with my enquiry, could not have been more caring and helpful.
She is a credit to your organisation.
All concerned were kind and professional
Each detail taken care coming over to the house to complete paperwork
We would highly recommend them

Very helpful, friendly and Sympathetic. Once I had told them what I wanted, they took care of everything. I would have given a 5 but the only thing that stops it is the ashes take 6 weeks to be...
Nothing went according to our original conversation. Even now they can't address us correctly
