Highly recommended
I would recommend Simplicity Cremations to anyone, as they have professional, yet friendly and sympathetic staff, whether at the end of the phone or in person.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
All I have so far is minus £1495 and a verbal agreement.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you received the request to leave a review before you had in fact received your documents. Although documents generally take around 10 days to arrive, as you said on the phone, we have just had the Easter Bank Holiday weekend which adds a delay. Thinking about the timing of our review request is a good point - thanks again.

Sensitively handled
The service was easy to book. The person on the phone was caring and helpful. The day itself was sensitively handled and very personal.
