The gentleman I spoke to was extremely professional even under pressure. However, could not adequately answer my worries about the the possible demise of the company.

Very straightforward. Sympathetic and kind staff at all levels.
I found it was well organised and the staff were excellent. The coffin was much nicer than I expected. The package options are perhaps not enough for some people but for our needs as a small family...
I’ve already recommended this service to a friend who wants a no fuss funer
I would recommend them they made it easy for us old ones explaining things as we went a long I also think it’s a good idea to give us 14 days to change our mind although we won’t be doing that.

Sue the lady in the Kingston branch was very nice indeed and made me feel relaxed and able to talk with her,I am already thinking about when my time comes along that I will most likely do the same...
