I found Simplicity to be very friendly helpful and well organized. They made the experience stress free especially since I was away at the time of the death. Thank you.
Was expensive for what it was. Not very personal but did what they said they would.

We are very sorry to read of your experience and can confirm that for all unattended services, the date only is given and this is given after the cremation has taken place.
