Courteous
I have found simplicity cremations courteous and respectful and very easy to deal with a difficult time. Their representatives have been kind.
When having to organise my dads service on behalf of my mother, as it was to traumatic for her ,the simplicity staff on the phone were very good in the way they handle the emotions that we were going...

I found simplicity staff very helpful no long drawn out questions just a simple phone call which was I received a follow up e-mail and documents about a week later . Thanks.
