Good service
Very easy, staff were kind and understanding, return of the ashes actually only took a week.
My only criticism is I thought I was supposed to be informed when the cremation was about to take place...
Good service, all went to plan, affordable. Only gripe would be that since dealing with Simplicity, I seem to be receiving junk mail. Not sure if there's a connection or not!
Every thing was done without any stress at this sad time for me. i think only one thing could be changed as to receiving a phone call or email before the cremation takes place so we could be thinking...
The service went very well, however, when I originally called to arrange I arranged for my fathers body to be collected from the home where he passed away and due to a miss booking it took over 30...

Online purchase was easy, they quickly resolved a problem with my second purchase. A telephone conversation with an efficient young lady called Jenny solved the problem of my making.
