My only criticism is that after submitting requested forms that could not be opened first time, when I resubmitted in another format my request for confirmation of successful submition was ignored.

Was perfect from start to finish, Very informative and was a painless and efficient service, All the information I needed was given and customer service was amazing, Melanie was great an absolute...
although its a very sad time Simplicity handled everything professionally
it was all organised well and at a very reasonable price. Because of covid 19 no one could attend but feel people should know exactly when the cremation was taking place
