We cannot turn back the clock and make things right for my Mum. Simplicity have been in contact and my comments noted. I would say if you are not happy contact them. I have had a full apology and this has now been resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned.
It was the best send off that mum could have in today's odd world.

would certainly use this service again
Very efficient service took away the stress of arranging everything myself, I would have liked to know the day of the cremation so I could light a candle and play some music .
