Yes I would recommend. I did have to chase up a couple of times but when I did things moved along quickly afterwards.

I have use Simplicity three times. Each case was managed effectively with clear and considerate communications
Very professional staff guiding us through. Great value. Would recommend.
Top service for a great price. Staff sympathetic and very professional. It was easy to arrange over the phone which I think helped during this difficult time. Ashes were returned very promptly.
But all over the place, people were friendly but lack of communication between departments and the crematorium resulting in time wasted

Could not fault service we had.ring to ask anything anytime no problem to them very helpful and polite and understanding could not do enough.would highly recomed spot on
The initial phone call was excellent explaining in detail what would happen. I was told that the cremation had taken place by email. A telephone call would have been more personal and not so clinical.
