Professional service throughout with a reassuring and personal touch.
Professional service from start to finish. Well informed of the full process and reassured throughout. Local Funeral Directors service used was empathic and again reassuring with a personal touch.
Service was very good - thorough information both online and over the telephone. I would just say that to improve, ask for bereaved telephone contact as I was cut off suddenly and had to call back....
