We apologise for the delay in your claims process and this doesn’t reflect our usually high customer service levels. We have discussed your claim with your insurer and they are going to take the necessary steps to insure all claims are reviewed and settled in a timely manner. Furthermore, we apologise that we were unable to offer a courtesy campervan. Unfortunately, the infrastructure just isn’t there for us to be able to guarantee a campervan in the event of a claim so a car is normally the only guaranteed alternative.
