I called and spoke with someone before ordering samples. Person was knowledgeable and helpful. I then ordered several samples from the website. They came quickly and I then ordered a few shelves....

Very customer oriented. I made a mistake on initial bracket order and had to order a new one. Even though it was my mistake they offered me a discount on the re-order. Bracket is precise and well...
Their timing prediction was not accurate and this impacted a larger project.

Utilized these brackets to mount 72”, 8”x8” fireplace mantel and corbels. Extremely well designed and built product. I wish everything was this well designed and built!
