Course was based more on practice but also combined with theory. Very interactive sessions, worked in many groups to practice real life scenarios. A lot of information achieved in 5 days

Although the instructor was very well informed on the subject, they did little to make a very dry subject (ISO9001) any more interesting or engaging. We all really struggled to maintain focus on this

THE COURSE WAS VERY REWARDING AND WELL DELIVERED. THE COURSE WAS DELIVERED VIA ZOOM AND THIS WORKED WELL. THE TUTOR WAS GREAT, KEPT EVERYONE INVOLVED, AND WAS REALLY HELPFUL.
