I am so sorry to hear you experienced delivery problems. Thank you so much for collecting your light from the depot. Getting our product delivered to our own high standards is not easy. Carriers have in the past been the bane of our lives, as delivery is our responsibilty to our customers. We would dearly love to have our own liveried delivery vans, so watch this space for Serious Delivery!
