We're delighted you enjoyed your stay at Villa Filippa. You've covered most of the features we love about this property, such as its location, spaciousness and terrace. We hope to welcome you back and thank you for the 5-star review.
Customer service was fabulous - quick, responsive nd very helpful email support, great telephone customer care and then a brilliant resort rep when we arrived.

It's a shame you didn't enjoy the location, as we do especially highlight this property as a hideaway retreat in a rural setting, tucked away in the countryside. Alghero, which is a 10-15 minute drive away as per our description, does have a lovely selection of restaurants and cafes. We do appreciate your feedback and please do not hesitate to discuss your future holiday needs with our experienced sales team, so that we can find the very best match for you.

That's the ideal scenario, i.e. ensuring all is clean and well-maintained, whilst respecting your privacy. We'll pass on your appreciation to the owner and thank you for the kind words. We're even more pleased you found the accommodation as lovely as we think it is.
They did everything well - flight, car hire, directions to accommodation
The only contact with the local rep was by text; which was a little disappointing.
