Good. UK office excellent. Sardinia only com=ntact on Whatsapp after 10:00. Not exactly helpful for early morning travel.

This small, elegant hotel prides itself on attention to detail and a personal service and we're so pleased this was clearly reflected in your experience.
This hotel does offer simplistic styling but focusses on providing excellent customer service. We're sorry you found the chairs uncomfortable, we can pass this on the hotel and thank you for your feedback.
Very easy booking , everything taken care of and our representative was in touch with us before we left for our holiday and throughout our trip by text
