Our apologies that your return flight was affected by essential maintenance. I can assure you we do work closely with Monarch airlines to try and avoid this, yet sometimes regrettably it is necessary to make changes at short notice. Despite this we were pleased that we were able to provide many other elements of the Premium service including 30kgs luggage allowance, priority boarding, first class lounge and complimentary drinks. As you know we are an independent tour operator and going forward we will continue to look at different carriers for our flying to The Gambia. I do hope you will consider us again.

Been twice with the Gambia experience this year and hope to be going again soon
The only negative was that I requested the first building of kombo beach 1st floor and was told that this request had not been made to the hotel who had allocated last building ground floor! ...
