travel arrangements good. The representative at resort was not very good, did not follow up complaints, expected us to sort out problems.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the service provided by our representative and the cleanliness of the apartment allocated. A Merula is a very popular choice for our guests but I would apologise if you found the owner a little over zealous with regard to the cleaning deposit. I hope we can be of service to you again.

Very pleased only disappointing bit was the airport lounge at Manchester not very special at all Stansted much better. But it was free and is not really Corsican Places.
