Slow ISA transfer
It shouldn't take up to 15 days to transfer an ISA when everything can be done electronically these days. If I want to pay money in I could do it straight away.

An ISA transfer can take up to 15 working days from the date the account was opened.
We can complete most transfers electronically. However, we may contact you with a form to complete if your new or existing ISA provider only carries out manual transfers, which may take longer.
We can see that your ISA transfer was completed within 5 working days from the date your account was open.

Excellent and easy
Easy to set up account. Only issue was the time it took from receiving my deposit to it showing up in the app. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent service at Secure Trust Bank.
Excellent throughout.As I have saved with them before was so easy to take out a new fixed rate bond with good terms for two years.Was quickly told that our money sent via the Bank had been received...
