We are very sorry to hear this. I have contacted the manufacturer over this issue and are waiting for their reply. I will email you when we have more information.
The service was good. If a few more items were to be made available that would be great, but I can't remember which I'd like to see right now, so maybe they're not so important.
They made a minor error on a shipment but fixed it quickly and with no additional shipping charges or quibbling - first rate. Items very securely packed as well - a big plus when buying expensive ink...
