Minor quirk with web site; I wonder how they handle claims ?
The web site was easy to use except a red warning message flashed up momentarily when I went to pay. This said I hadn't entered all the data; the message was there for about 1 sec then vanished and...
Very easy to deal with to purchase their product. Luckily I've not had to make a claim so can't comment on their claims system.
Disappointed not to get a discount on multiple products

Don’t be put off by the initial response persevere
At first I wasn’t impressed a gentleman told me he couldn’t help and I had to do it all on line, I’m not good at computer “ bits” but I persevered from then on the colleague I spoke to was amazing...
