We can email the policy documents if requested, but we have to post a hard copy of the policy. Thank you for your comment.
Occasionally our email replies are delivered to a spam or junk folder, unfortunately this is out of our control. I believe Kelly has phoned you and you have located the policy in your junk folder.

The schedule lists the policyholder and the insured party (other members of the holiday) who are also covered. Thank you for your feedback, it's helpful. We will clarify the wording to avoid further confusion.
