i still have not got my order yet and you are asking for feedback, which is compounding the problem. You took my money under the online sale of goods act and should have them in stock available for despatch. It has been weeks and you still have not delivered!

We do our best to deliver all goods promptly.
The customer was advised that the scales would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days and they were delivered in 4 working days.
The test weights were delayed beyond the advised 5-10 working days because the requested Trading Standards Certificate can only be issued by a Government body and the timescale can be variable and outside our control.
Please note that the online sale of goods act does not relate to business to business sales.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this is caused
