service was ok but was a long drawn out experience.

a long drawn out experience. had to keep going back with more paperwork etc.... but got there in the end. so I was happy with the results.

When talking to staff you feel as though they treat you as a real human and not a profit margin. It is refreshing and i highly recommend as a financial institution.

Fast, good communication but high interest rate

They organised the money faster than most other finance companies could. Interest rate very high though. There was also so much paperwork involved, heaps more than any car loan I've ever had. But...
