I'm sorry to hear that your item didn't arrive when you expected. We despatched your water butt on the day of ordering with our next day courier.
Due to the drought warning we took an unprecedented amount of orders for water butts at that time (orders quadrupled overnight!) & regrettably both us and our couriers were struggling to keep up with demand.
