The ordering process was very good but I still haven’t received what I ordered due to delays with the courier and I haven’t had any further updates telling me when to expect it.

Lovely customer service
Great customer service, really helpful and loved that they gave a wee gift as well! They helped me with the delivery, as delivery providers were being difficult!

Excellent service
Excellent service. My products are always received very quickly after placing an order. Packaging is always immaculate and they seem to do their bit for the environment.
