A mistake was made with your order and it was sent to the wrong location. I'm really sorry for this error. We offered to send this to you on a Saturday delivery as the error was ours and we wanted to get the order to you as soon as we possibly could. As you did not receive the Next Working Day service you paid for, we processed you a full refund for this.
We are more than happy to call any of our customers to discuss their order. Customers can email us, use our live chat facility or social media and we will call them so they are not charged. We are currently looking into a new phone number that will stop customers being charged for calling us.
