Good product , delivery dates kept changing , an issue for me as I was going away for 3 weeks , arrived the day before I left !

Gate was damaged probably by deliver driver. Also gate where nailed was splintered. Gate was sent back but was dealt with very well by customer service.

The wood arrived two days late but is good quality and treated for rot and not just spongy or full of knots.

Very good experience ordering from Ruby Would definitely use them again !
